Our Volunteer
Supporting Families Through Separation,
Divorce, and Beyond
Before making any court applications involving children and finance, attending a MIAM is required unless specific exemptions apply (e.g., domestic abuse, living abroad, or child safety concerns).
Child Arrangements & Parenting Mediation
We help separating parents create workable parenting plans focused on your child’s best interests. From holiday schedules to daily routines, we support healthy, future-focused co-parenting.
Financial & Property Mediation
Reaching agreement on money and assets can be one of the most difficult parts of separation, and it's definitely the most expensive part if you end up in the Court Room. We help you sort out the practical side — from dividing property to deciding on ongoing financial support.

Listening to the Voices that Matter
Child-Inclusive Mediation
We’re specially trained to offer child-inclusive mediation, where appropriate and agreed by both parents. This gives children a safe, confidential space to share their views — which can then be included (with their permission) in the wider mediation process.
Court Referred Mediation & Dispute Resolution
We regularly work with clients referred by courts and solicitors. Our team is experienced in:
- Court mediation
- Family court mediation
- Family dispute resolution
- Resolution mediation
Individual Sessions
A qualified mediator engages directly with your children to understand their views.
Specialist Expertise
Our mediators have completed specialized training in children inclusive mediation to ensure a supportive and effective process.
Family Discussion
The mediator then facilitates a follow-up session with parents to discuss the child’s input.
