MEDIATION FUNDING
It was a time to focus on families, as the Ministry of Justice confirmed the extension of the Mediation Voucher Scheme from 1st April 2022, following a successful first year of the initiative.
The scheme, introduced by the Ministry of Justice, offered a contribution of up to £500 per case or family to help cover the costs of mediation in child arrangements cases. The aim was to encourage families to resolve disputes outside of the courtroom where appropriate, promoting a more collaborative and less adversarial approach to family separation.
Our team are participating in the Government Voucher Scheme, where the Ministry of Justice will provide contributions of up to £500 per family, to resolve issues relating to children following parental separation. In most cases this covers your costs
