WHAT IS A MIAM?

What is a MIAM? The first meeting with a Mediator is often called a Mediation Information & Assessment Meeting or MIAM. Whether it’s called a MIAM or a first meeting, it will cover the same items. The MIAM will last about an hour and will give you an opportunity to discuss your situation with the Mediator.

The Mediator will then let you know about the mediation process and other options for reaching agreements. Need to know more? Contact us...

Our team are participating in the Government Voucher Scheme, where the Ministry of Justice will provide contributions of up to £500 per family, to resolve issues relating to children following parental separation. In most cases this covers your costs
